Terms & Conditions

AGE POLICY

I currently do NOT service individuals under the age of 16 years old. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you understand if an appointment if scheduled for an individual under the age of 16, your appointment will be cancelled upon arrival and you forfeit your non-refundable security deposit.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to your appointment, virtual or in-person. Clients arriving 10-15 minutes late will be imposed with a $20 fee in addition to the balance due at their time of service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes/entering virtual appointments late forfeit the entire deposit & appointment and will be asked to reschedule. If your stylist agrees to move forward with your appointment after 15 minutes, a new deposit equivalent to the deposit paid for the appointment reserves your time for an additional 15 minutes. Please communicate with your stylist ahead of time if you know you are going to be late.

NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS , & RESCHEDULING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A no-show or late cancellation/rescheduling leaves a hole in your stylist’s schedule that negatively impacts their income and blocks another client from booking your appointment time. To avoid missed appointment fees, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email within with as much advance notice. You are able to cancel or reschedule any appointment using the link in your confirmation email within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.


No-shows/Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hours of your session will incur 50% of the remaining balance of service(s) booked which will be non-refundable, non-disputable, and non-transferable.; It will be charged to your credit/debit card on file or the last one used if you have multiple. No call/ No Shows will be banned from booking future appointments. If client pays 50% rescheduling/cancellation fee, client will be able to schedule future appointments.

RESCHEDULING

Any deposit paid is only transferable to 2 (two) appointments,if rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled automatically if you attempt to reschedule a third time, or if you attempt to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to schedule for a third time. This does not apply if your appointment has been rescheduled by your loctitian. If I am booked for the month and you need to reschedule, your current appointment will be cancelled, you will be given a coupon code to use if/when an available slot becomes available, waiving your deposit. Please be aware that you may have to wait until the books open for the subsequent month to be able to reschedule.

PAYMENT POLICY

All deposits are applied to your total cost of service. Your remaining balance is due at your time of service in cash (exact change preferred) or Zelle (rhitwists@gmail.com/412-513-1176) ONLY! Please go to the ATM prior to the start of your appointment.

 

There are no refund options available. The remaining balance of service(s) booked which are non-refundable, non-disputable, and non-transferable.

Any deposit paid for a cancelled appointment by the client is non-refundable and non-transferable.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE CLAUSE

It is my right to refuse service(s) to any individual.

PICTURES & VIDEOS

Pictures and videos of you and your hair will be taken during your time of service may be posted on public platforms for marketing/ promotional purposes associated with Rhi-Twists. If you would prefer for your face not to be shown, or for imagery not to be taken at all during your time of service, please don't hesitate to notify me.

HAZARDS

It is your responsibility to notify me of any allergies, hair conditions, or potential hazards prior to your appointment for your safety.

TEXT & EMAIL REMINDER

You will receive a reminder email notification 26 hours prior to your appointment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICES DISCLAIMER
• Clients acknowledge that Rhickisha/Rhi-Twists does not offer medical advice. All services performed in the salon are not meant to cure, treat or remedy any medical condition and received. Client acknowledge services are performed at your own risk. Clients with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any hair services.
• I reserve the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the safety and well- being of all parties.
